No surprise to wake to another rainy day. It has rained every day for over a month. Not England drizzle but heavy rain. It rained and it rained.
Might need some flowers to lighten the mood. Orchids from the front kerb

Rain did stop. Worked around the garden to address flooding points. Biggest one was to fill in the space to stop a pool forming at the front door. Want to get water flowing the other way to go around the side of the house
A few pillow slips filled with soil, a few sandstone slabs and topped with soil. Steps come from lugging that around from the side of the house
Dinner was a relief. We had some fresh yellowtail (amberjack). Chose to cook Louisiana style - blackened cajun seasoning.
Quick cook 3 minutes on a griddle pan or on BBQ - too wet for that.
Served with a fresh salad and mash
Was yum.
