Simple dinner bringing together a few odds and ends. Highlight was chicken meat balls deploying mince not used on Sunday. Finely chopped spring onion and water chestnut. Season well with your favourite salt and spice mix. Make into golf ball sized balls and fry on all sides. Goes well with a chilli sauce
