A different day lining up. Combined 4 year old/3 year old birthday party in the afternoon. My wife headed out early to get a few things for the party and for presents for her grandson. My morning taken up preparing two sous vide dishes for bbq tomorrow. Prok ribs and beef short ribs. Easy work - remove the membrane over the bones. Season and vacuum seal and sous vide at 155F for 24 hours.

The digger collection from ouma was a hit. 6 different types and neat friction motors that work forward and backward. He went a bit iffy when the other kids wanted to play with them

Did cheese and biscuits for dinner - my wife was worn out from the Ollie following and tidying up. The noise made me tired. I am getting like my grandfather - he hated noise
