Please, though, if you're anything like me and plan on indulging your cheese tooth today (or any other day) do so responsibly. The dairy products we are offered at most grocery stores come from cows that are mistreated, abused, and removed from their offspring at far too early a stage for either mother or calf to live happy or healthy lives. If you are able to do so, buy your dairy products locally, from a source where you can witness the treatment of the cows. If you aren't so lucky, it never hurts to research products before you buy them. Good quality dairy products are generally more expensive, but totally worth it when you consider that it's going into your body.
