Hoy los invito a preparar mi comida favorita en todo el mundo: El pasticho, que es la versión venezolana de la lasagna.

Los ingredientesque utilicé fueron:

• 250 g de carne molida
• 3 tomates
• 1 cebolla
• 5 dientes de ajo
• 1/2 pimiento rojo
• 1 taza de harina
• 2 tazas de leche
• 3 cucharadas de mantequilla
• 2 paquetes de pasta para lasagna
• 100 g de queso mozzarella
• 100 g dejamón de pierna
• 50 g de queso pecorino

El procedimiento lo podrás ver en el video, es una preparación larga, pero muy agradable y entretenida.
