I'm here again with a diet meal. I don't know too much, I'm trying to do as much as I can. pumpkin came to mind. and they recommend the grated ones and prepare them as saut茅.
I wanted to try. Actually, this recipe is made with 2 zucchini, but I grated 4 zucchini, thinking that I will eat it tomorrow. I saut茅ed in a pan is put in oil, but I didn't want to. Of course, it becomes more beautiful when olive oil is used.
I saut茅ed it in a pan, I waited for it to cook, as it was cooked well, it started to become like a mama. but as it is cooked it will not remain until tomorrow.
Anyway, I bought it from the stove and poured yoghurt on it and added my side dishes. then I sprinkled chili pepper. Even if you are not on a diet, it will be delicious.
