•2 tablespoons sunflower oil (olive oil if desired)
•1 tablespoon tomato paste
•1.5 cups hot water

First, put 350 grams of ground beef in a deep bowl. Break 1 small egg on it. Add 1 small grated onion, 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley and 1 slice of bread by crumbling with your hand.
Finally, add salt, small amounts of black pepper, cumin and thyme. Knead the meatball mixture with your hand for 5 minutes. Take walnut-sized pieces from the meatball mixture you have prepared. Give it an oval shape in your hand.
On the other side, peel and wash 3 medium potatoes. Cut the potatoes you washed into circles so that they are not too thin. Cut 3 medium green peppers in half. Chop 1 medium-sized tomato with the peel in medium size.

Add 1 glass of warm water, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt on it. Squeeze the tomato paste well and open it. Pour the tomato paste mixture you have prepared over the potato dish with meatballs in the pot.
