Hello, I thank charjaim@charjaim for mentioning me. I would be delighted to share my reflections on the topic in question.

Edited in PhotoCollage

There is infinite greatness in simplicity. I carry a mental catalog of immense pleasures that no luxury can contain. They are territories of pure happiness, which open up when the world closes in and you discover that life is not in the extraordinary, but in the extraordinary capacity to feel the ordinary. This tongue twister is valid.

Like the ritual of the morning cup of coffee. It is the sound of boiling water, a promising whisper. It is the aroma that invades the kitchen before the light. It is the warmth of the vessel between the palms of the hands, a small portable bonfire. Taken in solitude, it can be an intimate dialogue with myself, a space of peace before facing the noise of the day. Shared with a friend, the cup becomes a bridge, the dark liquid a catalyst for confidences and laughter that need no schedule or justification.

Then there is bread. No perfume can emulate the promise of freshly baked bread. It is a primitive smell, speaking of home and earth. You cannot deny that it is an exceptional moment when you break that first piece, still warm, and feel how the crust yields with a muffled crunch to give way to the spongy, warm crumb. That first bite is a complete journey to childhood, to grandmother, to the essential. It is the simple alchemy of flour, water, fire, and waiting.

Another thing that intoxicates me is flowers. On my balcony, a modest pot often holds a miracle, a red rose. It doesn't need to be an exotic orchid. I stop every morning of its ephemeral life and observe it. I watch its evolution from the hint of a bud to the open, majestic rose. In its silence and stillness, it gives me an entire lesson on the beauty of existing, of blooming where you have been planted.

Sometimes, in the afternoon, I take out the old album full of family photos. It's not digital scrolling, it's touch. The crinkle of the plastic when turning the page, the sepia tone or the worn black and white of the memory. There I am, in a dress that no longer exists, hugging someone who is no longer here, smiling at a camera that saved that instant forever. There is no sad nostalgia, only silent gratitude. Time, in those photos, becomes tangible and kind.

The trails call me when my soul is restless. Walking alone among the trees is a natural anxiolytic. It is the sound of leaves under my feet, a symphony of perpetual autumn. And that light filtering through the branches drawing patterns on the ground makes the moment unique. There is no destination, only the rhythm of my steps and the company of my breathing, synchronizing with the forest.

It can also be sitting on a park bench and surrendering to the art of watching life go by. The elderly couple holding each other's arm with a tenderness that defies the years. The child running after a pigeon with a laugh that is pure present. The lazy coming and going of the clouds. I am a privileged spectator of the human comedy, with no need to act. There, you can rethink the way you see things.

And well, the sea. Always the sea. Standing on the shore and offering my face to the wind and the salt spray is a rough and true caress. Closing my eyes and feeling how each wave dancing over my feet takes away a bit of the day's dust. The eternal roar of the water tells me, without words, that I too am part of something immense, and that my worries, before that ancestral rhythm, are just foam dissolving on the sand.

This is my true heritage. An inventory of simple moments that cannot be bought, only received. That reminder that happiness is a meeting with yourself and with the world. And that its map is not in faraway destinations, it is here, in the intimate geography of a steaming cup, in the crunch of bread, in the color of a petal, in the stillness that lives right between one sigh and the next.
