Hi Hai, a dear vegan community ... meet again with my post, after a few days off because of the feeling of being lazy to think and the flu that attacks. Finally today I can return to greet all friends.
Today I want to share traditional recipes in our area, eh, you can't say that it is traditional too. But including a menu of dishes that will only be attached if someone holds a marriage or other thanksgiving.
Pajri Pineapple
This cuisine menu is a typical Pontianak and West Kalimantan Malay cuisine and then spread throughout Indonesia including my region. The main ingredient of this cuisine menu is pineapple that is processed with spices.
Spice :
100 gram brown sugar
5 pcs red chili, 2 pcs cayenne pepper
Turmeric and Ginger 2 cm
3 pcs onion and 2 pcs garlic
Candlenut 2 pcs
Jinten 1/4 tsp
Corumbar 1/2 tsp
1/2 nutmeg
Herbs and spices :
Salt dan Sugar 1/2 tsp
The dish is ready to be served.
Some people including me did not like this cuisine in the beginning, because I thought we were strange. How come pineapple cooked like a stew. But after trying it, wahhh a combination that integrates in the mouth makes it addicted as if not enough to cook 1 portion heheh
This unique food is rarely found in a stall. But this dish becomes a Wajid menu that must be served at big events such as parties and other celebrations as antidote for fatty foods such as rendang, curry and curry.
