The basic positions must be practiced to be able to make the correct execution when we start to make the shapes.
Today we quickly review the positions of Mabu (Rider's Posture) and Gunbu (Archer's Posture or Forward Bow); and we saw the posture of Xubu (Empty Step in the Tip) and Xiangbu (Empty Step in the Heel)
The silk windings are movements that help us calm the mind, where the characteristics of Tai Chi, Chuan are evidenced.
Today we did Louxiaobu (knee brushing); the movement must be done slowly, smoothly, circularly, balanced, concentrated. conscious breathing: Inhale when taking the weight to the back leg, exhale when moving forward. Imagine that we are a silk cloth that the wind moves softly and slowly or that we are in a slow motion movie (use your imagination).
It is important to relax shoulders, elbows and wrists, smile, connect with your body feeling how it is nourished with deep breathing, how we oxygenate when inhaling deeply and how we release toxins when exhaling. This allows the Qi, that is, the energy, to flow through the energy channels, also activating the circulation of blood, improving the functions of our organs, releasing hormones such as endorphins that connect us with a feeling of joy and well-being; among other benefits.
A mi me ayuda decirme "si puedo, est谩 divertido, es sencillo.."
Jam谩s digas "no puedo, es dif铆cil, est谩 complicado, pues tu cerebro as铆 lo grabar谩.
脕nimo, t煤 puedes lograrlo.
Cualquier duda estoy a tu servicio, con mucho gusto!!!
When we walk, with or without hands, we must remember that the posture of gun bu must be done on 2 rielws, that is, the feet must not be in a single line, nor crossed, they must be shoulder width apart, one in front and the other behind. The knee of the leg in front must not go to the knee, it must be kept as much as possible, on the heel; the back foot must take the heel out so that it is at a 45 degree angle. One hand goes up while the other passes outside the knee.
These movements where we have to coordinate hands and feet, without wonderful because they require the work of both hemispheres of the brain because each hand moves differently, at that time generates millions of neuronal connections which improves attention and concentration, generating a virtuous circle mind-body. At the beginning and end of each work I like to take 3 deep breaths, one because I connect with what I am doing and because it allows me to feel the energy that flows through my body.
At the beginning, while we learn these movements we can reach impatience, I encourage you to let go and enjoy it even if it does not come out as you want
In nature, a flower does not born from one day to another. Tai Chi reminds us of the natural cycles and develops patience. It helps me to say to myself "if I can, it's fun, it's simple.."
Never say "I can not, it's difficult, it's complicated, because your brain will record it that way.
Finally we review the first route of the 8-hand form and I did it complete so that you encourage to learn the movements that we will learn in a next delivery, which are part of the second route.
Doing the first route can take weeks and sometimes even months. Encouragement, you can achieve it.
Any questions I am at your service, with pleasure !!!
