Hello splinter nerds
This week battle challenge is a rule set called CLOSED RANGE
It is a rule set in which all monsters with the range power can attack from the front position, no barrier no condition but still i didn't use many range neither does the opponent and that is because of the other two rules and the mana given....
It was a 20 mana battle cap...
MELEE MAYHEM: All melee monsters can attack from any position and this is one good reason why i decided to play defense more and use other monsters that suit that position...
HEAVY HITTERS: All monsters have the knock out ability, so using a stun monsters is of great advantage especially if the stun works, but again none of us use a stun monster due to the low mana and available splinter....
The opponent use the life splinter with the hope of defeating me with strong melee attackers and i was expecting him to pull such stunt so i use one of the most used summoner on splinterlands...
Mylor is one of the best summoner on splinterlands and players use it often, it is a big threat to the melee monsters and it also saved me in this battle.... It would have been hard to defeat the opponent without it....
I used mylor summoner and played a very defensive tactic, as i was not so keen on attacking, i just want to make sure the opponent is not able to penetrate my rear..
When i saw jared scar among the monsters he used , i was not so sure i would win because that monster can achieve the impossible but i have hope that i can win if i can penetrate his rear fast
LINE UP
Chaos agent: I used this monster as my tank cos of his dodge ability, he is hard to hit but unfortunately in this battle , it didn't last long as i expected as the oppponent use two monsters with
true strikeability..*Failed summoner: This monster saved the battle with his long health, it would have been disastrous and it also help me to reduce the monster melee attack....
Tower griffin: I used this monster for its
protectability, it added two more armor to all monsters on the team....KHMER PRINCESS: This is one advantage i had over the opponent, he didn't use a healer and that is the reason why i was able to defeat his tank easily and it was easier defeating the other rear monsters too....
QUEEN MYCELIA: This is the monster of the battle, her
amplifyability really helps a great deal as it causes double damage to the opponent melee attacks and it also strengthen my defense with herprotectability...DOCTOR BLIGHT: The untouchable toucher, he can't be attacked at the back except the opponent comes with monsters with scatter shot ability, meanwhile his poison is very effective but in this particular battle, he was not able to use his abilities to the max as the other monsters finish the job before it got to his turn...
The only monster i feared in his team was jared scar but i broke his wing before it could do any fatal damage.....
