I recently received a big bag of 1oz silver bars from PG&G after I sent in quite a few ounces of scrap Sterling silver. The math ended up to where they owed me 1/2oz of silver. I usually don't worry about fractional amounts, since they've issued me a check for those small amounts. What they did this time surprised me.

Obverse
I love the iconic miner picture on this. They don't even use this design on their gold rounds. This is unique and not something I've seen before. The 2025 stamp may be an indication they just started doing it this year.
Reverse
This design is also unique. You don't see this on their gold rounds. They won't even sell these on their website!
I didn't even know they had a stamp for 1/2oz rounds! How cool is that?! I know it's not really a pirate-themed round, but it's giving off piratey vibes to me!
Prospector's Gold and Gems may not be a large operation, but that is a good thing. They have creative designs, they do great work and they're honest!
