It was early in the morning.
The weather was cloudy and I was walking towards the supermarket at the edge of town.
Two Santa Claus employees were mounting the Christmas decoration high on the lamp poles ...
... while the hooded crow was supervising the work from the top of the tree across the street.
I took a short break from walking to photograph that scene, and while standing on the crossroad and looking at all the familiar stuff around me ...
... my attention got caught by the blue advert on the garden wall of this house by the road.
Or, more precisely, only the part of the text that invites the passers-by to DIVE IN! on that advert seen many times before, suddenly looked interesting ...
... because reminded me of this DRIVE IN, on the advert for the nearby bakery. I don't know exactly why, but that DIVE IN - DRIVE IN combination seemed like a cool little thing to have in a vague, rambling post like this.
This decoration was hanging like a necklace on the facade of the bakery.
It looked kinda cool. Especially on a gloomy morning like the one described here.
And that's it. As always in these posts on HIVE, the photographs are my work.
