So this big bird flew over me this morning and it landed on top of the neighbor's tallest tree.

It looked like a crow or raven, but it was a large bird, and it sounded like a condor flying over.

I worked in the back yard for a few hours and I did an intense weightlifting workout.

I walked to the grocery store this morning and I walked through downtown this afternoon.

I'm still walking the house to try for 16,000 @actifit steps.
