I woke up early and drove to the nearby town to participate in the 1m walk before the fall festival started.

I actually walked over 2 miles because it wasn't well marked and I wanted more steps.

Only one person walked with me, and we talked during the walk.

I wanted more than 10,000 steps so I walked in the heat of the day to secure 13,000 steps.
