Saturday was a bad cake day for me! Gosh, I hope and pray it never happens again.
Here's the gist;
I woke up on Saturday and set out to bake a red velvet cake. Everything needed was laid out
I measured out the ingredients for the recipe appropriately and then mixed it up. My batter came out looking so lovely and smelt so great.
Set it into oven....wondered why it taking so long, then I realized it was burning.
Long and short, had to make a new batter.
They enjoyed it!
