Bonsai World - Avocado bonsai!

You read that right! Although it might not be the first time you heard of one or even the first avocado bonsai ever, it certainly is something out of the ordinary.

Its name is "Cate", got it from aguacate (avocado in Spanish, very original, huh?). Last year we had a colder than usual winter here in Austin, it almost withered. I had to prune its leaves but in spring it will continue to grow as healthy as before.
I have a couple more avocado seeds germinating in case this one does not survive what's left of Austin's winter.
