I fought through WLF soldiers inside the hospital without realizing I was already in its corridors. After blocking the door, I searched for Nora on the floor above, eventually crawling through vents to follow her. I finally caught Nora off guard, cornering her with a gun as old memories surfaced between them.
All this time I have been fighting the WLF soldiers. I was thinking the hospital was still close by. But after coming out, I noticed I was fighting inside the hospital corridor all this time.
As the lady mentioned, I'd found her on a floor above. So after I went through a door, Ellie blocked it with some crates, though I think I took care of all the enemies back there.
I took the stairs and climbed to the floor above where Nora should have been. There I found a door that was locked from the other side, and I had to find a way to get to that other side. So I started looking around.
I ended up in a room where I should have found a way to get to the other side, but all I found were locked or blocked doors. I started to think I would have a hard time finding a way ahead, and then I noticed that open window.
I went inside the vent and I started crouching ahead. Then suddenly I noticed a lady through a window who was listening to an audio player and was doing something in peace.
Then some WLF soldiers confronted that lady and were asking about the whereabouts of Abby. Then Nora just ignored them and started moving to another room.
I kept following her and that took me to the end of the vent, where I opened up the door of the vent and Ellie jumped off it silently and I was just as door away from Nora.
After checking around, I went inside and found Nora off guard. Ellie pointed her gun and suggested her not to scream.
Nora put down what she had in her hands as Ellie ordered her to, and then Ellie asked her if she remembers her. Nora started acting innocent, and the way she stared at Ellie, I can say she recognized her well.
