Gluten Free Greek night!
Spending some time at #DreemPort HQ
Above: We made a joint meal last night, Gluten Free Dolmades from @dreemsteem and I made GF Orzo SpinachSalad
Above: As with many meals, it's starts with olive oil and garlic.

Above: The Main Star, Gluten Free Orzo
First time for me, using Gluten Free Pasta. The biggest difference is the cook time, and making sure it doesn't become a mess. Constant stirring. and tasting to find when it's done. Another difference, is as soon as it was done cooking, Miss Dreem recommended (actually she did it) run it under cold water, to stop the cooking. Also slightly different colour.

After cooking the Orzo, drizzle the olive oil w/ garlic slices, onto and mix the orzo. Next, Add chopped spinach, diced red onion. Zest the lemons, and add in the juice of two or three lemons, depending on your own taste. I added diced tomato, but some do not. I do not, but some add diced Kalamata olive. Right before serving, add crumpled Feta cheese.
Best meal of the week so far! We all helped making the dinner. we all enjoyed a wonderful night of food, laughing, and a few rousing rounds of Monopoly Deal!
...Some of us even won!
