This bottle of orange red magical goodness. I cannot assert how fast it melts the heart when it first touches the tongue. Many around the subcontinental countries know and love this...magical potion.
It is tasty, refreshing and quenches thirst like no other.
I am not very sure what it is made of. And I don't think anybody knows, we just love it and love is blind.
A quick google search revealed its very calculated mix of coriander, orange, pineapple, carrot, rose petals, spinach and mint.
There have been many attempts at competing with this golden capped, red bottle of magic. But to no avail.
In this post I will show a very easy way of making a refreshing, thirst quenching drink out of it.
You will need:
- Rooh Afza
- Yogurt (can use milk, I prefer the thickness yogurt brings)
- Water
- Something to mix everything (Spoon will do.)
Step 1:
Water.
Take it.
Pour it.
For single serve go somewhere equal to half a cup of water.
For larger serving sizes, just half the amount of cups.
Step 2:
Yogurt.
Add it.
For single server use 2 Tbs.
For larger servings, just times 2 the number of Tbs.
Step 3:
Magic potion.
Rooh Afza.
Add it to the mix.
1 Tbs per serving size.
For larger serving sizes, euqal number of Tbs to the number of servings.
Step 4:
Mix it up.
I am using a handheld juicer/blender. You could do it in an industrial sized one or just use a glass and a spoon.
Good old fashioned way.
THATS IT
Enjoy it fresh and cold. I wouldn't recommend sugar, this is sweet as it is. But, if you do have a sweet tooth then go crazy!
