Soak dried dates in hot water for a few minutes. Peel and cut kiwis into cubes and blend it together with dates and lemon juice in a blender.
Add sugar and canola oil and mix with an electric mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add baobab powder and vanilla extract and mix until all well combined.
In a seperate bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, coconut shreds, salt and baking powder.
Start adding flour mixed with coconut shreds and baking powder. Add it slowly, spoon by spoon while mixing with an electric mixer.
When all combined, mix in poppy seeds and pour it in a baking tray.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Cool it down before cutting and serve it dusted with powdered sugar.
