Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post

So I am finnaly all healed up from my Vasectomy and I can finnaly Reboot the exersize the Flexed-up Monday sereis.

Have not been too active during my recovery, just a tad of swimming at work at was also testing out after the vasectomy if you catch my drift 🤣 Well all works well but still to early as they have to test me 3 months from now and make sure it all went well and I am all cleared up.

I did my weigh in and was fairly surprised I actually gained a tad since my last flexed-up Monday report.

Anyway like I said I am really glad ot get it going again and hope to make some more substanial gains but I will not be going to crazy as I am not trying to get injured again.
