Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post

I am ain't feeling the best today, I actually woke up from a nap recently, I was feeling pretty beat up so I set an alarm and went to bed with the kids.

I know what you may be thinking don't sweat it you can go extra hard next week but that's not the case, I will be getting a vasectomy this Saturday and will not be allowed to do any exercise while I heal up so I will have to take a deep pause while I recover.

Starting next week I will be making an artsy Monday posts until I heal up, there is some sacrifices but I am looking forward to nuts with less stress 😂
