Hello and Happy 2024 to all!

I hope the first few weeks of the new year having been treating folks well. Things in our community are off to a strong start. @buggedout is keeping on top of the voting power of the @ssg-community account. @bitcoinman is spreading enthusiasm for Hive and our community through his off chain recruitment efforts. The last Secret Santa gifts FINALLY reached their intended recipients. And the silver gold stackers annual trip to Las Vegas is less than two months away! These are all signs of an auspicious 2024.

Membership

The main impetus of today's post is to welcome a new member to our community. Please extend virtual hugs and applause to @thisismylife. @thisismylife was nominated to our group months ago by @enginewitty with a second from @kerrislravenhill. While her personal stack is small, the Netherlands native/Spanish resident enthusiastically shared her Twelve Days of Christmas silver wish list (there are some stunners on her list), and she created her very own Silver Stackers Engagement Initiative. All proof that even if you just dream of a BIG stack, you can still find a home in the Silver Gold Stackers community with a bit of passion and creativity. @thisismylife posts daily... food, silver, cats and tales of motherhood. Welcome officially to the crew @thisismylife!

Becoming a Member

1. Post about and be interested in collecting precious metals (silver/gold).
2. Comment on pm posts made by other Hive users
3. Find current members via our tags ( #silvergoldstackers for precious metals posts or #sgslife for non metals related member posts), our community page and our discord. Get to know us and we will get to know you.
4. Get nominated to the community by a current member. (@vgholdingsllc posts a membership nomination post most weeks. This is the post where we nominate and second new stackers into the community.) Since VG is still on hiatus squatching it up in the Canada of Michigan, please add nominations and seconds as comments to the most recent post on this page. Then tag me ( @dfinney ) so nominations won't be missed.
5. Receive a second from another community member.
6. Membership nominations are reviewed and either approved or denied by the community mods. (Current mod is @dfinney.)
7. Reap the rewards of community support and friendship.
