Hi guys. Today I'm gonna share what I had today for snacks. Local vendors roam around our Brgy. and sell this kakanin every 3 pm.
This kakanin is locally known as ''biko". This is made of this kind of rice that is sticky which called "malagkit", water, brown sugar, coconut milk and a little bit of salt. You just need tomix it all together.
Bikos that are sold in the streets usually from as round shapre and is sold for 5 php a piece.
For me, it is the best becuase not only that it can make your stomach full but it can also satify your cravings for a 3 pm snack.
