Shovis Cupcake Delight sent me their latest item on the menu which is a Classic Japanese Cheesecake and currently they are the second food service in Mangalore to be introducing Japanese Cheesecakes in the market.
They also have a few different lovely variants of the Japanese Cheesecakes available that is Strawberry, Chocolate, Lemon And Coffee which are priced at Rs 550 (7.57 $) and their Classic variant is priced at Rs 500 (6.88 $)
Also know as Japanese Cotton Cheesecake it comes with an ultra fluffy texture and a beautiful wobble to it. The texture of the cheesecake what I had was quite impressive, It had that melt in your mouth consistency and OMG that just feels so right in your mouth. It didn't have that iconic wobble that I was looking for but since the sweetness was incredibly well balanced and every slice of this cheesecake was an indulgence in itself.
I've been dying to shoot a picture like this since forever and I finally got to shoot this last year. I shot this using a Canon 80D with a 18-55mm Kit Lens with a Godox AD200 Pro and a Godox 80cm Octabox.
I used a fast shutter on this image to capture the dusting motion of the icing sugar and it makes it even easier if you have a nice black background
