Delicioso quesillo 🍮👩🍳
Este es el postre mas fácil de elaborar en casa; me refiero al quesillo. Me encanta hacerlo en casa pues a mi familia le encanta, aquí los ingredientes que utilice.
Delicious quesillo 🍮👩🍳
This is the easiest dessert to make at home; I'm talking about quesillo. I love making it at home because my family loves it. Here are the ingredients I use.
1 Taza de leche liquida.
5 Huevos.
5 Cucharadas de azúcar.
1 Lata de leche condensada.
1 Cucharada de vainilla.
1 Cucharada de ron.
1 cup of milk.
5 eggs.
5 tablespoons of sugar.
1 can of condensed milk.
1 tablespoon of vanilla.
1 tablespoon of rum.
Iniciamos haciendo el caramelo, en una olla echamos azúcar y la llevamos a fuego medio, hasta que se disuelva y obtenga un color oscuro. Luego vertimos el caramelo en el molde donde cocinaremos el quesillo. Reservamos.
We start by making the caramel. Put the sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat until it dissolves and turns a dark color. Then pour the caramel into the mold where we will cook the cheese. Set aside.
Ahora en este punto comienzo a echar todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la licuadora, acostumbro a echar cada huevo en una taza ante de echarlo en el vaso de la licuadora directamente; para tener certeza que el huevo no este malo, entonces agregamos leche, leche condensada, huevos,vainilla,ron.
Now at this point, I start adding all the ingredients to the blender jar. I usually crack each egg into a cup before adding it directly to the blender jar to make sure the egg isn't bad. Then we add milk, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, and rum.
Ahora procedemos a licuar para integrar todos los ingredientes.
Now we proceed to blend to combine all the ingredients.
Luego vertimos el contenido licuado al envase que contiene caramelo.
Tapamos con papel de aluminio.
Then pour the blended mixture into the container with the caramel. Cover with aluminum foil.
Seguidamente va al horno en baño de maría por 45 minutos a 180 grados.
Then bake in a water bath for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Pasado los 45 minutos sacamos del horno y nos queda así.
After 45 minutes, we take it out of the oven and it looks like this.
Por Ultimo desmoldamos y nos queda así de hermoso, me encanto como quedo, su color.
Finally, we remove it from the mold and it looks this beautiful. I love how it turned out, its color.
