The thing that I teach you to refrain from giving advice to 99% of people, most of them
will just get defensive and feel like you are being condescending and should just mind
your own business.
Anyway, some of them will actually fully agree with you, but won't take any step forward, which will result in time wasted for everybody. And a few of them will nod and smile, but actually start to secretly hate you and as you look back in retrospect 10 or 20 years later it becomes obvious that the few people with agency who did listen to your advice would have figured this out on their own anyway.
