Getting older teaches you to refrain from giving a right to 90% of people. Most of the time, we just get defensive and feel like you are being condescending and should just mind your own business.
Anyway, some of them will eventually fully agree with you, but won't take any step forward, which results in time being set for you.
And a few of them will nod and smile, but actually start to secretly hate you. And as you look back into the space 10 or 20 years later, it becomes obvious that the few people with agency who did listen to your advice would have figured things out on their own way. And they might be living their life the way you might expect it to be and no one knows.
