It's a salted olive mix with carrots and radish. It has bell pepper and chili. It was just given to us from a friend of my sister. I was curious how it taste? I thought it is sweet when talking about olive. But it is salty appetizer. It is good when you eat lechon or any kind of meat. It enhance your mode of eating. Just be careful , it will be one of the reason that you can eat more than usual. The first time, I didn't like it but later I love the crunch of the olive itself. It has seed inside so do not swallow it at once.
