It is made up of finely processed vermicelli with white cream filling. This is not from a native delicacy but originated in middle east. It is called kunafah. The cream filling between the finest vermicelli have a chunk of nuts in which your tooth and your tongue enjoys playing inside your mouth. The taste is not so sweet just like maja blanca . The strips of the finest vermicelli is also intriguing below the cream and on the top. Just imagine the cream in between. On the top, there is a creamy stuff like caramel but white in color.
