I just made myself an experiment. It is very rare that I get contented with burger patties from fast foods or burger joints. I can taste the starch and fillers in them. Some of them I just love because of their smell and that is what makes me come back. I really love homemade burgers. Even if it's just the bun and the patty, some cheese and ketchup. I just made one today, I balled an all beef patty and seasoned with salt and pepper and that's it. I heat it on the turbo broiler for a few minutes then transferred it to a skillet and heat it with the cheese. I also toasted the bun to have that crunch. The all beef smell is so good, the melted cheese is heavenly. Just added a little ketchup and wow, whatta a fiesta in my mouth!
This was my breakfast. I had a cold Milo chocolate drink with it. Monday just started, get your best game on!
