One of the best part of the goat that I love to eat is the goat skin . It is called Kilawin in some part of the country. I went to the province last week for a birthday party. They slaughtered goat and they thoroughly clean the skin. They knew that it was my favorite for our drinking session with friends and relatives . We only met sometime and firva happy reunion, we made it memorable full of laughter. A lot of foods in the table completed our day and night birthday party of my cousin.
They laughed at me since I concentrated eating the kilawin . It perfectly done by our closed friend who cooked all the food for that day. I stayed there for two days and night. Saying goodbye to our family members made me sad and I promised to be back one day soon.
