Salmon has become my favorite fish, other than beer battered cod. It is fresh, full of good vitamins and easy to cook. This recipe is simple but gives you a moist, flaky fresh tasting salmon that can be paired with many sides and can be changed by switching up the herb or adding more. On top of the taste and simple cooking, a whole fish gives a simple and fresh presentation when laid out for guests.
