It's that season of the year again.
The time when corn is in town.
Memories brings back my childhood days. Then we had a small farm behind my house where we plant crops and vegetables. And when its time for corn I was always excited because I love it so much.
My mom would always prepare corn in different dimensions.
It could be boiled alone, cooked with beans, soaked in water and grounded for pap, it could also be sun-dried and grounded in powdered form to prepare swallow with different soups. It could also be roasted, that's what we refer to as roasted corn.
My Love for corn is superb.
