The ube (purple yam) cheese cake was a gift from a friend in the office. It arrived warm, fluffy and soft. Even though it is not too sweet, I'm loving this on its own or with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Yes, that's how many times I've had some portions of this as after meal treat or snack. It still maintains to be moist even if we had it for days.
