Yesterday I was sitting writing my assignment, so I told myself that I will write tomorrow because tomorrow is a holiday. Today I intended to write my assignment And there were some other important tasks which I had to complete today ,I made a cup of tea And sat at my desk ,Opened laptop .It was still 16 minutes in 1:00 pm so i Decide that I will write my assignment at 1:00 pm.I caught the mobile ,First, I checked Instagram,then I switched to Twitter, replied to a few messages on WhatsApp, and somehow ended up watching a random YouTube videos .It wasn鈥檛 even relevant to my work, yet I kept watching.I had lost for a moment My mind was jumping from one thing to another, completely lost in the endless cycle of distractions.
When I realized that I had passed a lot of time, Time had passed above 2 hours ,My tea was cold .I was very embarrassed that it was not the first time for me, I had done this many times But once again I promised myself that I wouldn鈥檛 let this happen again.

Reflect on your values ,your actions:your entire self .Then give yourself solutions which will help you change.Do this by giving yourself goals.
