Choosing Consistency Over Perfection 💪🤎 / Eligiendo Constancia Sobre Perfección 💪🤎
Another training day, another little promise to myself fulfilled. 💪✨ Today I came to the gym without thinking too much about numbers, results, or whether the workout would be perfect. I just wanted to move, challenge myself a little, and leave knowing that I had done something good for my body.
I think one of the biggest changes in my relationship with exercise has been learning to stop expecting every workout to feel amazing. Some days I have tons of energy, and other days I have to negotiate with myself just to put on my workout clothes. 😂 But both kinds of days are part of the process.
As a nutritionist, I see something very similar with food. We sometimes believe that taking care of ourselves means doing everything perfectly: eating perfectly, exercising every day, never having cravings... but real life doesn't work that way. 🌿 A healthy lifestyle should be flexible enough to actually live it.
Today I'm choosing consistency instead of perfection. I'm celebrating the workouts I complete, the healthy choices I make, and also the moments when I simply enjoy life without analyzing everything.
And after finishing today's session, you already know the routine... towel in hand and a quick mirror selfie before leaving. 🤭📸
One more workout done. Now it's time to recover, eat something delicious, and enjoy the rest of the day. 🤎✨
