Another Sunday at the gym, and this time I decided to give my usual mirror selfie a little black-and-white touch. 🖤📸 I don't know why, but sometimes a simple photo looks so much better without colors. And of course, I couldn't leave without capturing another little moment from my workout.

Lately, I've been thinking about how much my relationship with exercise has changed. At first, it's easy to focus on physical results, wanting to see changes quickly and wondering if all the effort is really paying off. But with time, I've realized that there are so many other reasons to keep going. 💪✨

I love feeling stronger, noticing that certain exercises are becoming easier, and having that little moment during the day when I can disconnect from work, consultations, and everything else on my mind.

As a nutritionist, I know that taking care of our bodies goes far beyond what we see in the mirror. It's about building habits that make us feel good, eating enough to nourish ourselves, getting proper rest, and understanding that progress doesn't always happen in a straight line. 🌿

And believe me, I don't wake up motivated every single day. 😂 Sometimes I would rather stay home, relax, or do absolutely nothing. But I've learned that discipline doesn't mean forcing myself to be perfect. It means finding a balance that allows me to keep going without forgetting to enjoy life.

Today I'm happy with where I am. I still have goals I want to achieve, but I'm no longer in such a hurry to reach them.

Another workout, another photo, and another little reminder that I'm doing this for myself. 🖤✨
