Compañeros hivers, en esta oportunidad realizaremos una rutina de cardio utilizando como elemento de apoyo el ultra conocido HULA – HULA, este elemento nos ayudara a marcar los movimientos y los tiempos de la rutina de hoy, este elemento es fácil de ubicar en cada uno de nuestros hogares, por lo tanto no debe de haber excusa para realizar este entrenamiento en la comodidad de nuestro hogar. Quiero invitar a cada uno de los hiver que estén pensando en ejercitarse y de esa forma mejorar condiciones físicas y de salud, que lo haga a través de la plataforma HIVE y específicamente la comunidad de full deportes, allí podrá encontrar mi blog @attom1515 y escoger la rutina de ejercicios que mejor se adapte a sus objetivos, sin más nada que agregar me despido hasta una nueva oportunidad.

NOTE: It is important to keep the body hydrated preferably using water, also rest between each repetition and maintain proper breathing when performing the exercises.
