Hello everyone!
As usual, every week I try to take part in the Hive Top Chef Challenge from @qurator, this time with the fast food theme. Fast food is food that is cooked quickly and usually fast food is consumed by workers who need a short time to enjoy lunch. Because usually office breaks only give 1-1.5 hours to eat and do other things. Honestly, when I read this challenge post I missed a few years ago before I became a house wife and decided to resign.
I remember at that time I really liked having lunch with fast food, besides being close to the office and also having lots of cheap promos on Gofood.
Well, this time I'm trying to make a dish inspired by a McDonald's restaurant that is known all over the world, but this time I'm not making fried chicken, but made from eggs!
As we know, there is one menu at McDonald's in Indonesia called scramble egg which is very famous. Usually this menu is a package with fried chicken and rice. I really like scramble eggs in this restaurant because it adds variety to my lunch.
But this time, I will process the egg with a different taste, I will mix it with tempeh which is given some spices and it is definitely very tasty. Curious about the recipe? Let's see the following recipe!
The dish really takes a short time to make it right? I really like mixing tempeh with eggs because it will make the taste of tempeh even more delicious. It is very suitable to be eaten with warm rice. How to make it is also not so difficult, it only takes 10 minutes. Even faster than cooking fried chicken!
