There are many interesting things that can be visited in my city, Medan. This city is famous for its enchanting culinary tourism, many people come from far away just to try the food in this city. I had time to think, why the food in this city can demand so many people. One of the reasons is that this city has interesting things that other cities in Indonesia don't have, the various tribes and cultures that this city has make all the food very diverse, so it cannot be denied that it is the main factor why this city has delicious and various food. .
Not only traditional food, this city has a variety of food from certain tribes, one of which is Chinese food. The city of Medan is one of the areas with a large population of ethnic Chinese, so it can be said that Chinese cuisine is very dominant in the city of Medan.
One of the highlights is the large number of halal Chinese dishes in the city of Medan. It's proven by the various Chinese dishes that I'm going to show you this time. Chee Cheong Fun Hong Kong which is one of the halal and delicious Chinese dishes in the city of Medan. I found it in one of the big food courts in my city, Yummy Food Court which is in Cemara Asri district. It's not difficult to find it, because this place is very famous in my city.

This merchant is open only from 07.00 am – 12.00 am, I leave the house and arrive at the place at 10.00 am, I don't want to run out and regret having to go home again with a hungry stomach. What a coincidence, I came at the right time, even though one menu item had run out, namely the prawn chee cheong fun. Still with gratitude, I can try other menus. Here there are many flavors of chee cheong fun, such as the original flavor, ebi, egg, chicken and shrimp. I chose the shrimp and egg flavor which is said to be one of the favorites here.
What a coincidence, I also got an interesting promo that day, every Thursday and Friday, if you buy 2 you will get 1 original chee cheong fun. So, I tried 3 variants of the chee cheong fun menu. There is something interesting about trying chee cheong fun here, because all the chee cheong fun that is served is very fresh from the oven, so, chee cheong fun will only be cooked when it's disordered, so we can eat chee cheong fun while it's warm. Exciting isn't it?
Well, the most delicious of the chee cheong fun here, given a very good sauce, made from selected spices, so the sauce is very delicious. I really like the sauce that is poured over the chee cheong fun, I smell the aroma of garlic and ginger in the soup, then topped with lots of fried onions and sesame which adds to the taste of chee cheong fun fukyen. Don't forget to sprinkle the chili separately, to add a spicy taste to the chee cheong fun.
When I first took a bite, I felt an absolutely perfect sensation, in terms of taste, I can say that this is the most delicious chee cheong fun I've ever eaten. If I had to choose, I really like the egg-flavored chee cheong fun. Well, very interesting isn't it?
