Greetings Stemians! my publication today is not about my work or drawings, this time I will share with you an experience I had in a sport I love, crossfit, I love to exercise to take care of my health and to pass the time, it is an hour that I dedicate to relax, de-stress and take care of my health at the same time. Crossfit is a lifestyle that I belong to a few months ago and I really love this sport.
When I started practicing this sport after the first class I was already impressed and in love with this new way of training. So different from the gymnasium dell which we are very much accustomed to. For those who do not know about this sport I will explain a little about it, and for those who know it they understand me and know what I am talking about...
What is the crossfit? - It is a functional training that can be practiced by anyone regardless of age since the exercises are adapted to each person according to their possibilities, the function of the "coach" is to make sure that the wod is at your level.
All right!! Below I am going to show you an internal competition of the box where I trained to which I was a part. It was my first competition since I started in this sport and I completely caught up with the goal of continuing to give my all to create resistance and be much better for my next competitions in which I can participate.
These are some of the images during the competition where you can see me participating and doing some of the exercises outlined. The box to which I belong is called Morrocrossfit, an excenlent box, and this was an excellent competition in which I arrived with my team in the 3rd place which I am very pleased because this was my first time in a competition of this style and with little time to practice this sport.
