Driven by my love for the air-fryer, I decided to try the method of making broth recommended in groups of air-fryer-lovers, namely from roasted vegetables and meat. Some people only roast vegetables, others also roast meat, so I decided to try this full baked version.
Dodam, że jestem nietypową fanką rosołu. Najbardziej smakuje mi mianowicie chudy, wyłącznie z porcji z kurczaka.
I will add that I am an unusual fan of broth. I like it best when it's lean, made only from chicken portions. Sometimes I make it with duck, but that's not it for me. This time I got carried away and bought a beef and turkey portion to give a little of this and a little of that.
Przygotowałam warzywa i wrzuciłam wszystko do frajerka.
I prepared the vegetables and threw everything into the fryer.
Piekłam jakieś 15 minut w 200 stopniach i wrzuciłam całość do garnka.
I baked it for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees and then threw it all into the pot.
Zamknęłam szczelnie garnek i gotowałam niecałą godzinkę.
I am the queen of laziness and long, slow cooking, 3 hours on low heat, is not for me. I make my broths quickly, in a pressure cooker. I closed the pot tightly and cooked it for less than an hour.
Rosół jaki wyszedł, taki wyszedł. Szczerze?
The broth came out as it came out. Honestly? I prefer my traditional chicken one ;) But it's tasty and can be used as a change from time to time. Or maybe, who knows - maybe one day I should bake my typical poultry in an air-fryer for a better result?
