De 540° a 300 pull ups
From 540° to 300 pull ups.

Al final, completé mi último pull-up.

Hello to all my dear friends, today's post will be about a video that I recorded yesterday, Tuesday, June 11, it was already late in the afternoon when I headed to Las Ballenitas park, with the intention of not only spending some time in the air free, but to overcome a personal challenge: complete 300 pull-ups. The idea was to divide them into three types of grips: closed, normal and open, assigning 100 repetitions to each one. But before I started, I wanted to try the 540 twist on the still bar again, a trick I'd been practicing but had forgotten how to do.
I stood in front of the bar, took a deep breath, and launched myself into the air. It didn't go well on the first try, nor on the second, but I didn't give up. After a few more, I finally managed to complete the turn. With that small personal triumph, I felt ready for the true test of the night.
I started with close holds, which are always the hardest for me. The first few were easy, but as I progressed, my muscles began to feel the strain. I then moved on to the normal grip, which allowed me to catch my breath a bit, although each pull-up was still a challenge. Finally, I ended up with the open grips, which although they are the most comfortable, at that point I already felt every muscle in my body asking for rest.
In the end, I completed my last pull-up. I was exhausted, but satisfied. I had achieved what I set out to do, and although I knew I would be sore the next day, I also knew that every effort was worth it. This is how my training in the park concluded, another afternoon of self-improvement and personal effort.
