Ziarat Hut Trip || A Perfect Day Surrounded by Nature and Mountains

I had a plan to go towards Kotal Mountain for hiking. Yes, I had made this plan. I wanted to tell my friends that this weekend we must go towards the mountains, do some hiking, and do camping as well.

But no, no, no. When I reached home I was about to make the hiking program but one of my family members stopped me and said that I must go with them towards Ziarat Hut.

I became really confused because I was about to make a plan with my friends to go hiking. But when I reached home the whole program changed. The main thing was that my family members had already planned this program about one week ago, but I had completely forgotten about it.

They had planned to go to Ziarat Hut yesterday. It is one of the most beautiful places near Quetta city. Around 14 to 15 family members had planned to go there and they had also planned a one dish party.

On one side I had my lovely daughters and family members and on the other side I had my friends with whom I was about to make a hiking plan. Surely I preferred my family members so I decided that I should change my mind and go with my family towards Ziarat Hut.

I thought that next time or maybe next weekend I could make a plan to go hiking. Therefore, my mind completely changed and I agreed with my wife that yes, I would go with them.

We arranged Suzuki Dabba cars for everyone's convence. It was around 9:30 a.m. when we left our home and started our journey towards Ziarat Hut which is around one hour away from my home.

There are two ways to reach the destination. One is the shortcut through the cantonment area and the other is through Nawakili which is farther away.

But the most beautiful and enjoyable route is the Nawakili route. It is also the longer route because there are many things to see along the way. There are beautiful bazaars, culture and traditions to see on this route. Therefore we decided to take the longer route.

One important thing I want to tell you is that before making a plan to visit Ziarat Hut it is important to get permission to enter the area because it is under army control and you need permission for travel.

Luckily I have a friend in the army who holds a major rank so I talked to him and he got permission for us.

In the morning while we were waiting for the Suzuki cars to arrive my daughters and my sister's son were waiting very impatiently. My daughters were sitting outside near the gate of our house and were looking very cute.

So I started my photography journey by taking pictures of my daughters and my sister's son.

The cars arrived and we all settled in them and left for Ziarat Hut.

On the way whenever I found beautiful routes, natural places, mountains and beautiful surroundings I kept taking pictures.

After traveling for about one hour, we reached the main gate of Ziarat Hut. There we could see the beautiful water of this area which is one of the main attractions of this place.

This is a hut area and there are houses that are completely made of wood. They looked very beautiful. An old, fashioned,traditional and cultural designs..

As you can see in my pictures there are small rooms and huts that are completely made of wood and they look amazing.

After reaching there I found the place very natural. It was the best place for me to take pictures. There was greenery, trees, mountains, a beautiful sky, water and some cultural and traditional things as well.

This hut area is also very large. On one side there were swings and rides for children, so they could enjoy their time as well.

After spending some time there we had tea and special paratha for breakfast. I had already eaten breakfast at home but this was my second breakfast in this beautiful natural place. This was another twist in our picnic.

I also saw a huge herd of goats and sheep that were eating grass. I also had the chance to take pictures of them from very close. I also took pictures of some army areas (an old castle design buildings).

After drinking tea and having our breakfast, we took some rest in a special room. You can see my pictures there with my friends who were also the Suzuki drivers.

On the other side of the hut there were some chickens. The special thing about them was that all of them were white and very large in size. They looked very beautiful and special.

They were looking for food, so we decided to share some of the food we had brought from home with the chickens as well.

You can see my daughters and my sister's son playing with these chickens and enjoying their time.

After waiting for about three hours it was 2 p.m., which was lunchtime.

There were around eight to nine different dishes for us because it was a one-dish party. Every family member had brought their own food.

This lunch was very special for us because we got to taste many different types of food. There was rice, Shami kebab, Lola kebab, beef karahi, raita, chutneys, pasta, macaroni, kofta tarkari and many other foods.

We also had drinks with us.

We enjoyed all the different tastes of the food and had a great lunch in this beautiful area.

There were birds chirping, cats walking around, chickens coming and going and we were busy enjoying our food.

That was one of the most important and enjoyable parts of this trip and this picnic in the natural area.

Winter had arrived and at around 6 p.m., the day starts to disappear and night comes quickly. As we all know, nights come early in winter so we had to leave this place at around 5 p.m.

These were my last pictures of the trip. You can see the sunset when the sun was about to set and the darkness was about to appear.

It was giving a beautiful reflection and making the scenery perfect for photography. I thought I should end this post with this beautiful scene.
