Hello and Welcome to another Post of Mine. Let me start this Post by saying that up until now everything you have known about Exercise is almost wrong. We usually think about Exercise as Losing Weight, that's how everyone starts but if you think that's all that Exercise Does to us than you are under a huge misconception.

Exercise has some completely different effects than what we think it Does. So it has been proved that Exercise affects more parts of your brain than it does to your Entire Body.

Are you suprised!!

Exercise seems to be some kind of a secret Recipe to Boost Your Motivation, Focus and Memory. It is like a Magic Pill that instantly gives you a boost to your Brain. It's a high like nothing else.

So you must be thinking, How is this Possible??

First of all our Brain is not a fixed object that cannot be changed. It is an adaptable organ and it can Evolve. Furthermore our Brain is the most important organ of our entire body. Everything we Do, Think and Feel is governed by the Brain. Brain connects everything through Neurotransmitters and we are going to discuss three Neurotransmitters which are Directly proportional to Exercise.

Dopamine
Serotonin
Norepinephrine

First is Dopamine which is responsible for your motivation it seeks and searches for Potential rewards to keep you motivated. Thus Providing you Motivation to do things. In other words if you feel Unmotivated it's because your Dopamine levels are low. It has also been proved that exercise increases the Dopamine levels in our body.

Dopamine is key towards Motivation.

At second comes Serotonin. It is like the Police of our Brain, it influences your Mood, Anger and Aggressiveness and helps to keep your Brain activity under control. In other words if you feel anxious, depressed and stressed out it's because your Serotonin levels are low. once again it has been seen that exercise has a direct relation to the release of Serotonin in our body.

Serotonin is key towards Mood.

Lastly there is Norepinephrine it helps us in being Attentive. if you are striving to stay focused that's a tell tell sign that your Norepinephrine levels are low. So higher the level higher your Focus.

Norepinephrine is key towards Focus and memory.

So wouldn't it be nice if we could increase the levels of all three at the same time. That's what exercise is for that's why it is often called as the Magic Pill.

If you are thinking that's all than you are wrong. Exercise also helps in boosting your Memory and Learning that's because of a Neurotoxin called Brain Derived Neotrophic factor(BDNF). The amazing thing is that BDNF gets high when our Blood is pumping. In other words Exercise will help in increasing your BDNF levels thus helps in Memory and Learning.

Now imagine everyday you are Boosting your Memory, Motivation and Mood all at the same Time plus topping it up with increased Learning Capability wouldn't that be amazing. So, all you need to do is Exercise.

How Many Hours do you need to exercise??

You can do it an hour a Day. If you want to be a little more convenient than divide that hour into small chunks and Exercise accordingly.

I hope I was able to clearly Depict what I was trying to say.
