What is proper nutrition? Why some people seem to gain muscle very easy and some seem to train and have no gain und just the pain? Does fat make us fat? Ever been drinking a tibetean buttertee? Ever seen a fat tibetean? Many myths, many oppinions. On the individual journey to your own perfect human diet, here a vewpoint from me. Only criteria always must be if it works (meaning more healt, more energy etc.) or if it does not work.

Ask ten people you get ten different answers. Why? None knows really. If you look on Africans they have a different physique then black people grown up in America and again different in UK. Europeans are not quite that much fat then the Americans even doe we have the same 24/7 access to food. We can eat when we want and we can eat what we want in amounts we want. Fat makes fat, we surely know that. Great whole grain bread, coke zero isn't that harmful and other myths are sold while fat, sick, cancerous people get more and more. So what is proper nutrition? Ten people ten answers. If you would want to find out what is the right food for a dog, what would you do? If you have no clue and of course the dog doesn not know either. A good start would be to find out if it's a meat or vegetable eating animal. You can do this by the physique. A cow has seven stomachs in order to digest the grass properly. Well my cat is eating grass too but only to bark after. So the stomach of a dog is physically made to digest meat. Alright that's a good start. Another way would be by finding out what dogs used to eat fort he last million years or so and the say „alright so dogs used to eat meat for one million years it is probably right to keep giving my dog meat to eat“. I think that's two quite good ways. And to apply this on the nutrition for men is for sure good advice. When I look at the nutrition of dogs and even the veterinarians I sometimes think „they have so much better food then we do“
if you exclude the taste and solely look at the nutritional value. I mean a dog gets everything. Lung, heart, brain, fat, every part of an animal.

Let's look in the past. The word protein and its etymology: mid 19th century: from French protéine, German Protein, from beef-897977_960_720.jpgGreek prōteios ‘primary’, from prōtos ‘first’.

From protos "first“

I think that says it all. Modern man has changed from eating first protein to eating first sugar. We know, sugar is bad, the cake, the soft drink etc. What is not commonly known is that starch, carbohydrates are also sugar. Yes, so spaghetti, bread, potatoes etc. are sugar. Just a different form of sugar. So now the “we first eat sugar“ gets a completely different dimension. First step is to get the awareness. Watch what you eat during the day and how much. Watch how much sugar you eat. And look for a while what is in the food you eat. They add sugar to everything, or nearly everything. Buying a „beef jerky“ I recently saw they added about ¼ of sugar to it. Well just watch what you eat as a start and from there on you may get a change. Burn out, low energy levels, even cancer and many other modern society sicknesses are caused by this trend. But that's another story. "The perfect human diet" is a good hint for people wanting to get a good basis on nutrition and go on indiviadually from there
