[ENG/ESP] Exquisite Makeup In Ochre Shades. / Exquisito Maquillaje En Tonos Ocre.

Doing conventional makeup is almost a challenge for me. Although my personality is simple and not at all extravagant, when it comes to makeup I have a hard time staying within the standards of classic and elegant makeup, I tend to be more dramatic in that sense. So getting a look that looks luxurious, elegant and eye-catching is a real challenge. However, today I did this makeup in ochre tones that I think looked very nice and I got the desired result. I share with you the step by step.

Hacer maquillajes convencionales es casi un reto para mí. Aunque mi personalidad es sencilla y para nada extravagante, cuando se trata de maquillar me es difícil mantenerme dentro de los estándares del maquillaje clásico y elegante, tengo la tendencia a ser más dramática en ese sentido. Así que conseguir un look que se vea lujoso, elegante y llamativo es un verdadero reto. Sin embargo, hoy hice este maquillaje en tonos ocre que me parece quedó muy bonito y conseguí el resultado deseado. Les comparto el paso a paso.

I applied black eyebrow pencil and outlined them by drawing hairs to fill in the bare areas. Then I applied dark circles concealer on the fixed eyelid, over the eyebrows and on the sides of the temples. I started applying the orange shadow in the eye socket and blended it towards the temples and then applied the same color under the lower lashes leaving a few millimeters of separation between the waterline.

Apliqué lápiz para cejas en color negro y las perfilé dibujando vellos para llenar las zonas desprovistas de vello. Luego apliqué corrector de ojeras en el párpado fijo, sobre las cejas y a los lados de las sienes. Empecé a aplicar la sombra color naranja en la cuenca del ojo y lo difuminé hacia las sientes y luego apliqué el mismo color debajo de las pestañas inferiores dejando algunos milímetros de separación entre la línea del agua.

I applied brown shadow below the waterline and on the upper lashes. Then I applied ochre shadow on the mobile eyelid and below the waterline and on the tear trough.

Apliqué sombra marrón debajo de la línea del agua y sobre las pestañas superiores. Seguidamente apliqué sombra color ocre sobre el párpado móvil y dejado de la línea del agua así como en el lagrimal.

I made a line with black liquid eyeliner from the septum of the nose following the fixed eyelid line to the end of the eye and a line just where the brown shadow starts towards the temple until it crosses with the line above.

Realicé un trazo con delineador líquido negro desde el tabique de la nariz siguiendo la línea del párpado fijo hasta el final del ojo y un trazo justo donde empieza el sombreado marrón hacia la sien hasta cruzarse con el trazo de arriba.

I applied brown liner over the lips and filled them in and applied ochre lip gloss. I also placed small gold heart-shaped appliqués on the fixed eyelid.

Apliqué delineador marrón sobre los labios y los rellené y apliqué brillo labial color ocre. También coloqué pequeños apliques dorados en forma de corazón en el párpado fijo.
