Last night, my roommate and I decided to try fixing this dish that I saw online. I only had a pic to go off of which led us to try out our own ideas. We ended up not using many ingredients and the entire process was very easy.
First, we heated a pan and put the crawfish in it. We let it cook for a couple of minutes and then added about half a cup of milk and a third cup of flour. We mixed in the Parmesan cheese next and let it cook for about five minutes.
While the crawfish were cooking in the pan, we started the fries in our deep fryer. Once everything was finished, we loaded it up on a pan and put more parmesan cheese on top. Then, we let it bake in the oven for four minutes.
After that was all set and done, we took the pan out the oven and ate everything off it 馃構 Hands down one of the best dishes I鈥檝e ever made and eaten. I鈥檇 highly recommend you try this if you鈥檙e a foodie like me 馃榿
